1. About CARE AI UK

CARE AI UK is a referral platform that connects individuals seeking care with care providers. We are not a care provider. We do not employ carers, and we do not provide care services directly. We facilitate introductions between care seekers and independent care providers.

2. Our Role

Our role is limited to matching care seekers with care providers based on the information provided. We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of any care provider. Care seekers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any provider.

3. For Care Seekers

• Submitting an enquiry is free of charge
• We will share your care requirements with matched providers
• Full contact details are only shared once a provider accepts your referral
• You are responsible for verifying provider credentials and suitability
• Any agreement or contract is between you and the care provider directly

4. For Care Providers

• Registration requires accurate business and service information
• Providers must maintain appropriate insurance and qualifications
• Referral fees are charged per accepted referral or via subscription
• Providers are responsible for their own service delivery and compliance
• Verification status does not constitute endorsement of services

4a. Regulated and Non-Regulated Providers

Non-regulated providers on Care-AI-UK may only receive and deliver services that do not require CQC registration. Care-AI-UK’s matching system prevents non-regulated providers from being allocated regulated activities such as personal care, medication administration, or live-in care.

5. Payment Terms

For providers:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Credit purchases are non-refundable once used
• Credits are consumed when you accept a referral
• Unused subscription referrals do not roll over

6. Limitation of Liability

CARE AI UK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or from any care services provided by third-party providers. We do not warrant that any provider will meet your specific needs or expectations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
